Morten Andersen co-founded ClaudeReadiness in 2024 with a clear mandate: build the technical infrastructure that makes enterprise Claude deployments actually work in production. While many AI consulting firms sell roadmaps, Morten builds the systems.
His work spans the full Claude technical stack — Claude API integration, MCP server configuration, Claude Code deployment, enterprise SSO, audit logging, and the custom middleware that connects Claude to Salesforce, Jira, Slack, ServiceNow, SAP, and 40+ other enterprise tools across the ClaudeReadiness client base.
Morten's approach to enterprise AI is grounded in one principle: if a deployment doesn't run without a consultant in the room, it isn't a deployment. Every architecture he builds is designed for internal ownership — with documented systems, trained internal champions, and governance frameworks that survive team turnover.
He works primarily with CTOs, heads of engineering, and enterprise IT teams on the technical integration layer that separates a proof of concept from a production system.
