The Challenge

This B2B SaaS company had grown from 80 to 600 employees in three years — but engineering capacity hadn't kept pace with product ambitions. Their engineering organisation of 180 developers was shipping features significantly slower than competitors, with a release cycle that averaged 6 weeks from specification to production.
