Claude Training That Actually Drives Adoption — Every Role, Every Level

Generic AI training produces low adoption. Our role-specific Claude training produces teams that use Claude daily because they understand exactly how it applies to their specific work. In our experience across 5,000+ trained professionals, the difference between 35% adoption and 90%+ adoption comes down to one thing: whether people were trained on Claude for their job, not Claude in general.

Different Roles Need Different Training

A one-size-fits-all AI training doesn't work. We build separate programmes for each organizational level because what matters to a CEO is entirely different from what matters to a paralegal or a software engineer.

Level 1
C-Suite & Executive Team
Half-day · 5-15 participants

Strategic Claude briefing for the executive layer. Covers competitive landscape, where Claude creates enterprise value in your specific industry, governance considerations, risk management, and how to lead a successful Claude transformation. Includes a Q&A simulation with your CFO/Board objections.

Includes: Executive briefing deck · Competitor AI analysis · Governance primer · Q&A prep
Level 2
Department Managers
Full day · 10-25 participants

Operational transformation workshop. Managers learn to identify Claude automation opportunities in their workflows, redesign processes around Claude's capabilities, measure productivity gains, manage team adoption, and build a department-level Claude usage culture. Heavy hands-on component with their actual workflows.

Includes: Workflow audit toolkit · Measurement templates · Change management guide · Adoption playbook
Level 3
Individual Contributors
Half-day · 15-30 participants

Hands-on skills labs built entirely around the participant's actual daily tasks. No generic prompting theory — every exercise uses real work from their role. Legal teams practice contract review. Finance teams practice financial analysis. Engineers practice Claude Code. 80% practical exercises, 20% conceptual framework.

Includes: Role-specific prompt library · Exercise workbook · Quick reference cards · 30-day practice plan
Department-Specific Training

10 Specialized Curricula — Built for Each Department

Flagship Programme

The Claude Champions Programme

The reason most AI training fails is that it ends when the consultant leaves. The Claude Champions Programme ensures adoption continues growing long after our engagement ends — because your organization has trained internal advocates who know Claude as well as we do.

We identify and train 2–5 Champions per department. These are typically power users who already show enthusiasm for Claude. We give them advanced training, a Champions Playbook, access to monthly coaching calls with our team, and a private Champions community where they share what's working across organizations.

Training FAQs

What training formats does ClaudeReadiness offer?
We offer four formats: live virtual workshops (90 minutes to half-day, up to 50 participants), on-site immersive sessions (full-day, up to 30 in hands-on format), asynchronous video-based modules for self-paced learning, and the Claude Champions Programme for building internal trainer capacity. Most engagements combine formats.
Is training customized for different roles?
Yes — role-specificity is our primary differentiator. A Legal training uses legal documents, legal workflows, and legal-specific prompts. A Finance training uses financial models and finance workflows. Every exercise is built around the actual work of the participants. We never deliver generic AI training.
How many people can attend a training session?
Virtual workshops: up to 50 participants. On-site hands-on workshops: 15–30 for maximum interactivity. We recommend 15–25 per session for the best learning outcomes. Large organizations typically run multiple cohort sessions by department over several weeks.
What is the Claude Champions Programme?
The Champions Programme trains 2–5 internal advocates per department to be self-sufficient Claude experts and trainers. They receive advanced training, a Champions Playbook, 6 months of monthly coaching calls with our team, access to our private Champions community, and early access to new Claude capabilities. The goal: your organization never needs us for training again.
Do you offer ongoing support after training?
All training engagements include 90 days of post-training support: Q&A access for trainers and managers, prompt troubleshooting, adoption analytics review, and supplementary modules for new hires. Extended support, including annual refresher training and quarterly adoption reviews, is available through our Advisory Retainer.
