A comprehensive introduction to Claude for business professionals. Learn how Claude works, how to write effective prompts, understand its capabilities and limitations, and start applying it immediately to your daily work. No technical background required.
This is a live, instructor-led virtual course delivered over two full days (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST). All sessions include practical exercises, real-world examples drawn from ClaudeReadiness deployments, and Q&A with your instructor.

Upon completing the course, you take a 30-question online assessment. A score of 70% or above earns your ClaudeReadiness Certificate for this course. You have 3 attempts. Certificates are digital, verifiable, and shareable directly to LinkedIn.

Is my place confirmed when I submit the booking form?
No. Submitting the booking form reserves your spot provisionally. Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received. We accept credit card only. Confirmation is guaranteed on payment — not on form submission.
What is the pricing policy?
Pricing is non-negotiable. The listed price is the course fee per person. We do not offer discounts, promotional pricing, or payment plans for individual bookings. Group booking pricing for 10+ attendees is available on request.
How do I pay for the course?
We accept credit card payments only. After your booking request is received, you will receive a secure payment link. Your place is confirmed once payment clears.
What happens if I don't pass the certification assessment?
You have 3 attempts at the certification assessment, included in your course fee. If you do not pass within 3 attempts, the certificate will not be issued. Additional attempts are not available — however you are welcome to re-book the course.
Is this course available on-demand or in-person?
All ClaudeReadiness training courses are virtual (Zoom). We do not offer in-person training at this time. For organisations requiring on-demand scheduling or custom delivery, we offer bespoke training with a minimum of 10 attendees.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund or transfer to a future date. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to another delegate. No-shows are non-refundable.
What time zone are the sessions in?
All sessions run 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST / UTC-5). Attendees joining from other time zones are responsible for managing their own schedule accordingly.
Can my organisation book this course for 10 or more people?
Yes. Group bookings of 10 or more attendees can be accommodated on the scheduled dates or arranged as a custom on-demand session. Contact us at
